1.為什麼我們會拖延
最壞的批評通常來自我們自己：消極假設。完美的要求造成對失敗的恐懼 ＞
拖延 ＞ 自我批評 ＞ 焦慮和壓力 ＞ 失去自信 ＞ 對失敗更大的恐懼 ＞ 更加逃避
1.作為對抗外部權威壓力的間接方式。例如被上司指派一些不得不執行的任務時。
但必須提醒的是唯有自己才能迫使自己成為受害者或做事拖延的人
2.為自己不完美、令人失望的表現編造一個理由，來緩解對於失敗的恐懼。
完美主義和自我挑剔是造成害怕的主因。我應該瞭解即使我犯了錯誤，
我的價值也不會有任何改變
3.做為害怕成功的手段，讓自己遠離最佳狀態。
認為一次成功後緊接著的是另一次挑戰煎熬，同時幻想有朝一日達到某一高度後，
可以從此高枕無憂。 此時若發現自己永遠達不到「不用做自己不想做而又不得不做
的事情」的高度。就出現拖延心理。
但該提醒自己的是工作並非充滿痛苦。

What I forget to say is...
其實平日出街想到不在家和媽媽吃飯也會覺得心很亂。
昨天下午３點回到家， 看見哥哥一個人坐在梳發看電視，我那一刻也很心慌。
他才回來幾天, 爸媽已經不在了，哥哥下次不知甚麼時侯再回家（或不再回來）, 我卻沒在家陪他，
心慌則亂．．．做錯了很多，我對不起很多人。
要主動地告訴別人自己的想法呀卓威傑， 不然就不能安心的相信別人．．．

中秋節
I should realize something's wrong when the girl next door said I am "hot".......My self deference system did tell me that I would be sleeping un-well earlier this afternoon, but I didn't expect it is that un-well.
Guess what? In this and the last time I was sick, I had again worked in the icey-XXXXing-lab, I hope the school will understand that there is a certain degree of coldness that some people could never stand, even I did wear thick clotheing this time. You need proof on that? I couldn't slept because my skin is burning pain and in my dream there is System、Signal & 8088 flying all over....God.

Experiencing a New Era of Contemporary Choral Music
今天在崇基週會聽了台北室內合唱團，完全理解不能。
好懷念中學那個傳說中的choir，和肥波活在同一個年代，到現在還是很遺憾的沒聽過他們比賽、表演，當年音樂室唯一留給我的，就只有一個不舒服的回憶。
怎麼說還是這種歌比較適合我。 ˋ(°▽ ° )ˋ( ° ▽°)
